They helped so much get me through probate. And are still helping I do appreciate all they do and how considerate they have been to me

My husband had this attorneys office lined up with his bank to do a refinance closing on our house. Our bank sent them all the info back on the 1st of April so they can do the title work for the closing. The bank corosponded back & forth with the paralegal, Jody. In the correspondence our closing date was set for May 18. Jody even told my husband a couple times on the phone your closing date is May 18. My husband's ex wife had to go in & sign a quit claim deed to the house. The paralegal Jody, even told his ex wife closing is scheduled for May 18. Well come to that week of closing all of a sudden the lawyers office doesn't have us down for closing on the 18th, matter of fact they didn't have us down at all. When my husband called their office Jody said it was never scheduled. I called & the woman blatantly lied saying she never even had that conversion with my husband. The bank called their office spoke to the attorney & he was rude, he made fun of the loan officers name & denied ever having us down for anything. My advice is not to ever use them. The paralegal is a liar & she knew she messed up & didn't want to admit that she was wrong. It took them over a month to even do the title work. Our bank got another lawyers office to do the closing. The did the title work & everything they needed to do within a couple hours & they come to you to close & they are $500 cheaper. I WOULD GIVE THIS LAWYERS OFFICE 0 STARS IF I COULD!! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & THEY RIP YOU OFF. Shame on them cause our bank has used them before & they said they will no longer have their . Word of mouth gets around.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANDY NEISLER. This man is a crook, and apparently never filed the taxes for my trust fund from when my father died, LIKE HE SAID HE DID. So they've taken it from our taxes this year (since I haven't worked/filed since 2011.) I've called NUMEROUS times and his secretary Vickie will call me back with no problem but he himself never will. I've even stopped by before and still no luck. When he released the trust fund to me in May of 2012 he told me he would keep $5k for taxes and that he would send me the difference of what wasn't needed, and he did. But here we are years later and the taxes were never paid. I filed Identity Theift because I had no idea why they would take $3200 from me when i haven't worked or owed anything before. After going back and forth with the IRS they tell me that after looking into it further they took what I owed in taxes from 2012 for the trust fund. So here I am writing this because yet again he screwed me over.

Can't get this lawyer to return calls. Trying to sell a house and he hasn't returned any calls. I thought lawyers were suppose to help in these situations
