My name is Linda Tuttle Burton. My son,0726934,Arthur Burton,Central Prison,Raleigh,N.C. he has spent his whole adult life, 19 years incarcerated Jeff Hedrick & Scott Casey was suppose to represent him.Instead he covered up the truth and walk a child into a life time plea bargin knowing that the child's uncle was the killer.The uncle, Jerry Tuttle or. a Boone resident falsified information,it was all suppressed,he lied repeatedly to us about the uncle, my adopted brothers involement. The information taken to the grand jury was inaccurate. Lied about the DNA results also.During trial my son was bullied by Att.Scott Casey yelled at & told he had 10 minutes to siqn a plea,or the state was going to kill him,then turned to me & said ur mother will have to bury you.Also stating the plea will not even be legal & we will take it back to court and get you out.These 2 attorneys literally took advantage of the mental challenges(a perceptual development problem, diagnoised,disability ) Arthur had and repeatedly focused on convincing him that because of the drugs and drinking his uncle had provided that he just didnt remember & probably never would. Within the last year my adopted brother, the uncle has made it clear that he committed the crime.Jeff Hedrick refused my calls and Scott Casey called me 6 months later, messages were left about jerrys conversations with me about the murder The scene was totally staged and contaminated by the time the sbi arrived which was 7 hours after it was reported. The poluce reports were off in time also, i know the time frame because i had called the sherriffs office that morning to check on getting someone to do a wellbess check because a lady had told me the night before jerry cut arthurs finger after sharpen a knife and its was bleeding so bad she was concerned .I worked under the direction of the NCSBI for many years,when I refused an assignment they became furious at me.From our hometown church's to our federal government their are many that did not want anyone to hear what I have to say about their incidious behavior, they even allowed the kidnapping of Arthur from school by a drug suspect we were working on when I quit. IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY WHEN HE WAS SENT TO PRISON FOR LIFE. THIS IS CORRUPTION & ATT. JEFF HEDRICK & Att.SCOTT CASEY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE along with a long list of others which I have prepared.
