The best decision I made was hiring Mark Jetton. He put me at ease and told me not to worry and leave everything up to him. He took my case to trial and all charges were dismissed! Horrible lawyer. Took my money and ran. He can never be reached by phone and will not return your calls. Claims he fixed my warrants and got arrested on a 100k bond when I went in for probation. With my charges and the deal they got for me I would have been better of representing myself. At least that way I wouldnt have thrown thousands of dollars in the trash.

Do not trust this lawyer!! He will lie to you and cheat you. Please do not put your faith in this lawyer. I found out the hard way.

For my experience, Mark defended me against a DUI charge. His strategy for my case was to attack the validity of the BAC testing. While the arresting officer was taking the stand, Mark leaned over to me and said “this is a Hail Mary attempt... but Aaron Rodgers wins with Hail Marys”.... he did just that. The state was unable to provide a maintenance testing report on the BAC equipment, and Mark didn’t miss a beat. It was inadmissible.

Bottom line, if your case is winnable, he will find a way in the slightest of details to make it work. He is an Aaron Rodgers of attorneys. He was a great hire for me.

Mark Jetton has an amazing practice and staff! I believe the police officer decided the day he pulled me over he was going to throw the book at me. I am no angel and I have had a few speeding tickets in my day. I, normally have gone to court and paid a reduced fine.

I thought I was doing the same for these tickets but the judge wanted to threaten me with huge fines and potential jail time. They told me I had to come back and speak in front of another judge only this time it was upstairs! Right after court, I immediately called Mark Jetton's office and they put me at ease.
