This was my third time at a closing desk and I must say it definitely was the Charm. Not only was it in a Nice Area but the staff was totally down to earth while constantly maintaining a very high level of proffesional . I was made to feel very relaxed while conducting business and any questions I had big or small we're explained in great detail

This law office deserves 0 stars. They dropped the ball on our closing! We were supposed to be done yesterday and the attorney sent us a document to electronically sign and the lender sent it back saying that it must have actual signatures. We now have to pay more money(it's Friday) because the house is ours till Monday now, completely the attorneys fault!!! The buyers also cannot move in. The mistake has caused a lot of problems. A competent law office would not have allowed this to happen!
