Could not be in town to handle my mothers estate and found April Burt online. Am very glad I did as it saved me from lots of travel and work. First time divorcee... What a difficult experience. I chose Katherine's firm because she was incredibly astute - immediately understood my primary goal was to have a civilized dissolution of my marriage. Life is way too short to get caught up in years of turmoil, hatred and ugliness for the sake of money... but that's just me. Regardless, Katherine was always right on point, doing her job to protect me and my future interests, while not "stirring the pot" in a negative way. I would fully trust her to execute an equally ugly, contentious legal matter because I always felt as though she was right on top of things, and more importantly on top of the law.
