Had an unique situation with my license in jeopardy of being suspended due to an accident by an unlocatable separated spouse and my name still being on the title. Poor communication, advice. Fee was $ 5k, dispute being advised by receptionist earlier, $2-3 k was normal range for my case!
On 2nd court appearance Dummit showed up 1.5 hours late. Blamed his partner. Missed opportunity for a motion. I had call for on updates.
I had to push him to speak to DA and state trooper.
Thought that was your job.
I assumed at least Dummit would cover the $275 fee for ticket. But he was brazen enough to ask me for the cash in the courtroom.
So definitely would never recommend.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. This is the most incompetent law firm I have ever worked with. The turnover rate was ridiculous--both with the lawyers and the paralegals, and ultimately all of our lawyers quit the firm. They referred our case to another firm and that was a disaster. They lost our records and I beg you to never, ever, ever use this firm. I would have done better to represent myself. They did nothing for us. We did ALL the work. My husband had to gather all the records, do all the spreadsheets for our accident and the law firm couldn't even get this to the new lawyer they chose to represent us after their incompetent attorneys quit. Many of our records were lost in the transition and when we complained about this to new lawyer he said this had happened on all the people they referred to him and he had to tell them he wouldn't accept any more cases. Ultimately, this experience was almost more traumatizing than the terrible car accident I was in. If you want sub-par incompetent legal representation, then use this firm.

Personally speaking, dealing with a domestic issue is invasive and embarrassing, Mr. Maraadiaga's approach and integrity gave me enough confidence to approach the issue head-on and truthfully and his result was swift and final.
