NEVER GET THIS COMPANY EVER...SAVE WHAT YOU CAN TO FIND A GOOD LAWYER CAUSE THESE PEOPLE ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES...MR.BEN GOFF IS HORRIBLE PEOPLE PLEASE IF YOU WANT A FIGHTING CHANCE NEVER GET HIM...HE DOES NOT EVEN MEDDLE WITH A DIRECT CALL !!!!! YOULL ALWAYS BE TRANSFERRED TO HIS AGENT MARISSA AND BY THE WAY SHES RUDE AND HER SERVICE ,SAD TO SAY IT BUT ITS NOT EXCEPTIONABLE AT ALL ....THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US AND ANYWAY ... ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY ....REALLY THEY SHOULDN'T EVEN CALL THEMSELVES LAWYERS OR ATTORNEYS CAUSE THEY DON'T HELP WITH ANYTHING THEY JUST MAKE THE JOB HARDER ....I MEAN I KNOW WHERE NOT ALL PERFECT BUT THAT DOESN'T GIVE NO ONE THE EXCUSE TO HOLD SOMEBODY CAPTIVE HE DIDN'T EVEN DO THE CRIME JUST SO THEY CAN GET MONEY FOR WORKING A LITTLE BIT LONGER ...ONLY 2 APPEARANCES TO THE CLIENT IN 5 MONTHS ??? NO DIRECT PHONE CALLS ...AND NO EMAILS SAYING ANTHING ...NO MEETINGS TO TALK ABOUT THE CASE AND NO EFFORT AT ALL ...IF YOU GET MR.BEN.GOFF THEN GOD BE WITH YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE CAUSE YOUR GONNA NEED HIM MORE THAN THIS SO CALLED ATTORNEY .

This law firm is handling a bankruptcy claim from a previous employer of mine. We (the employees) having been waiting THIRTEEN months for our unpaid wages from that employer. While I completely understand the courts move at a slow pace, in October I was told a check would be sent in a "few weeks." We planned on it for Christmas. In December, I was told they could only process one bankruptcy case at a time (apparently ours wasn't a priority) and that they were processing another one first, that it would be January. Now, I'm being told that their accountant processed the tax paperwork for 2018, and that 'a couple documents ' need to be re-done with 2019 dates. I'm told it takes 2 MORE MONTHS to correct the dates on a couple documents. It is obvious that without someone (like a client) keeping things in line, they function without regards to the people's lives they are affecting. IF YOU TRULY CARE ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES and are filing bankruptcy, select a different form to handle the claim. This is obviously easy money for them and their urgency is at a snail's pace. I wonder, has their firm received payment for their services? This is truly ridiculous. Everytime we speak, it's a different excuse.

These fine folks handled my real estate transaction. I was very thankful for their work. They made the paperwork very easy and the process even easier. I would have liked a little more relationship building, but I get it. I’d absolutely recommend their services. Also, one of the partners has become an acquaintance and one of the most honest and downright nicest people I have had the please of meeting.
