I didn't have to wait long to talk to someone. The lady was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. She listened to what I had to say and answered all of my questions. Prior to coming to this office, I inquired through another office, who rejected my case. The Law Office of Michael A. DeMayo took my case in and helped me not only with the case itself, but medical treatment. My Case Manager, Mariam, contacted me every month to update me on my case and I never once felt as if I was missing out on any information. I am so glad that I came to Michael A. I dealt with this office and firm know regards to a Workers Comp case. I had seen their ads on television and was a bit skeptical. However, they surprised me and were an excellent firm to deal with. Their main office is Charlotte and this is in a way a branch office. For my case I was at both places and each carried the utmost professionalism. Choose this firm if you don't already have a attorney who also specializes in personal injury/workers comp.

I have to say me and my brother in law was very happy with the lawyers the secretary and all the other staff they were really nice with us and was able to help my brother-in-law closed his case I am very satisfied with the way they are and they're office and I will recommend them and have already recommended them to other people great office and great staff thank you all at Michael A DeMayo

First they were really nice and seemed to want to help. Told us yeah we'll take the case and we had nothing to worry about. We understand our case is not typical however if our case is not the type your office takes don't be so rude. They have serious communication issues. First we're told its a high propriety case then oh we can't help you at the least you could do is help point is in the right direction. Will NOT be recommending them to anyone.
