I applied for disablity on my own. I was turned down and I contacted Daggett. I was put in touch with John D. He went over everything about my disability . John would keep me up to date with everything that was happening. Unfortunately I was turned down a 2nd time. Once again John kept me updated. I will say this if you hire them keep them up to date with your medical issues. It helps them with your case. If you want until the last minute to let them know its a nightmare... I had an amzing lawyer. If you need them for anything they can help you. They will fight for you and help you with ALL the paperwork.. I would recommend contacting them..They sent me a card when I was sick. I mean what law firm does that? They ask for no money up front and they don't get paid unless you do. Contact them and you will be glad you did!!

I was haven a very bad experience with w.c. and they stepped up and helped me when I really need someone on my side. If it wasnt for them stepping up there is no tell where I would be right now they where there when I was really bad injured and w.c. sent me to some bad drs who didnt care about my pain, but daggett schuler sent me to one of theirs and I got the results I have been looking for. I had a medical problem and had to have back surgery from an injury from 8 years ago the surgery was for narrowing of the spinal canal. I had to have 3 bones taken from my lower spine and nerves trimmed. When I tried to get Workmans Comp from Advance Auto they denied it saying I did not report the accident in a timely manner. I told them the injury was not responsible for the surgery the original and subsequent episodes was the cause. I called Daggett and Shuler TWICE trying to get them to help me with this case. The lawyer said no twice but he did say I could fill a form out and take them to court but I would more than 95% lose. I BELIEVED that I could win and took that chance. Three days before the case their lawyers called me and asked what it would take to settle out of court. I trying to be fair just asked for my medical bills be paid and back pay from day of surgery until I went back to work. I really got taken advantage of because my medical bills were more than I had figured by $2500.00 so I really didn't get a fair settlement but that was on me. If Daggett and Shuler had helped me I know I would have gotten more PLUS I would gotten Pain and Suffering which I didn't think about until someone mentioned it AFTER the settlement. So my recommendation to Daggett & Shuler is to LISTEN carefully to your prospective clients because they MAY have a case where you don't think they do. I DID!!!!

I was at ease from day one when I first went into this office. Everyone was so friendly from the receptionist to my lawyer. Our Son Carter was involved in an unfortunate car accident, through no fault of his own, coming home from school. His mom and I were at the Hospital when he was brought in by ambulance.
