Awesome lawyer worked hard to get the best outcome for me on a very complicated case. I would recommend Robert Cummings, he cared about my case and represented me very well. Would use him again.

Robert was quick to return my call, even on a day he was in court. He was knowledgeable and friendly as was his staff. His honesty and hard work is definitely an asset.

Great experience! I received my first moving violation in about 20 yrs.... called Hopper Cummings for assistance. The process from first contact to resolution went smoothly. Highly recommend!
I stopped in without an appointment and was able to be seen within minutes. The FREE 15 minute consultation was a plus as well, but that's about it... Granted it, my case is "unordinary" but I am willing to pay. He refused to take my case because it would cost more than what I'm trying to receive as an outcome. I repeatedly told him " that's not the point, it's the principal", didn't matter. I assume I didn't look like "do$$ar signs" in my t-shirt and boots. I guess they believe anyone can attempt to screw you over and get away with it, as long as the lawyer fees are less than whats owed. That's not my motto... or great ethics.

Marie Hopper and Robert Cummings routinely represent clients opposing my clients in family law cases. Both Hopper and Cummings defend and advocate for their clients without overcharging them or adding unnecessary drama to the case. They are responsive, caring, well-versed on law and procedure and well respected by the judges and attorneys in the district. I have sought their advice on many occasions, we have collaborated as co-counsel, and I hired Robert Cummings to represent me in a landlord-tenant matter. You will be well served with either of them at your side.
