I had gotten a speeding ticket and went to this law firm to get my ticket reduced. I had a lot of other legal issues that were going on and forgot to contact them to get more time to take the classes necessary to get the prices reduced. Literally never heard from them after my first court date. Only collected the money. Would never use them again.

They answer your calls promptly, but had to call to follow up with my case, which I would think I would have received a call from them instead. I hired this firm for my probation violation hearing in Durham County. I called them late afternoon on Friday and the hearing was on Tuesday. My probation officer had told me at the time of the offense that I would have to re-do all the classes I took and she was going to suggest extending my probation for another year when I had less than 2 months left. I was only in court for 2 and a half hours and somehow my lawyer, Brennon Morton, got my probation terminated! Amazing!

Well I got a ticket for reckless and driving which is one to this day I know I was not speeding even the passenger I had in the car stayed I was not driving fast but anyhow it is my first ticket ever and I had hired this firm to help me bring it down which they stated they were going to bring it. Down even told me they did but really they did not. I still have reckless driving on my record and I lost my job because of this I can no longer work for any during company. Me losing my job cause me to lose my apt and so on... all they did is reword it the 69/35 to careless reckless and driving which is the same thing. And because I was a new driver never been through this I was taking advantage of....

Did not keep their word. Just dismissed my case like nothing had happened to me at all.

My lawyer Attorney Brennon happens to be one of the best attorneys i’ve ever met. Attorney Morton is by far the most incompetent attorney I have ever come across. He is not well prepared, he doesn't communicate effectively and is quite honestly a disappointment. He changes his story about what his understanding of the law is so many different times. He tells you things last minute( especially when it comes to money) and he doesn't apologize for any of it. You're better off getting a public defender because his quality of representation is just that bad. Avoid at all costs! Try to get the other attorneys.

These folks helped me resolve a speeding citation. I am located in FL and had a deadline of 3 weeks or FL and NC were going to suspend my license. Not only did they meet the deadline, they also had the fine reduced.
