So, if as a layperson you are asked to read & sign a legal document (Agreement To Provide Legal Services) stating that the practicing attorney representing you will receive $250 an hour in the event said attorney fails to pursue the legal remedy you seek, sign the document at your own peril.

Responding to your response: I completely understand how court works. Indeed, you can't always get exactly what you want. However, representation plays a big part in it as well. In court, the opposing party was your target, not your client. And with only 2 minutes remaining for questioning, that couldn't have possibly covered the main evidence that needed to be presented in court. My review was based off of the experience within itself. After the case, we've stopped by, and called on more than enough occasions with questions and/or concerns with NO returned phone calls pertaining to any of the messages we left with your staff. So what I'm quite surprised about is the fact that it took for me to leave this review to finally get some sort of response.
