I recently sold a property and the seller chose this law firm. I have bought and sole many, many properties over the past 15 years but have never dealt with a law firm like this. The only level of communication was via email. If I was lucky to speak with someone on the onions, they were very rude. I was told that the closing date was just a good estimate. What? In all of my years, a closing date is a legally and enforceable date. They then delayed the closing without providing any sort of estimate of when it would close. Two weeks later they provided a closing date that was 1 week out only to move it up the day before the closing with less than 1 days notice. When I went to their office to deliver the paperwork they were as rude in person as they were on the phone. I have bought and sold over 50 properties in the last 10 years and have never had an attorney miss the closing date due to not being able to complete title work in a timely fashion only to blame others.

They were referred by a friend. A knowledgeable girl answered the phone to help me. I stopped in filled out some papers. The rest was done by emails...easy. In a few days everything was completed. 1 visit of 30 minutes to sign papers, pay for their services. ..which were reasonable.. and we were finshed. *** Their location is perfect, get out of ur truck and walk in the door.. I like that.*** Use them again I will.

Did a real estate closing. it was really quick but can u give laywers 5 stars ? probably should not ! if i get my check quickly i may upgrade them . Was supper easy to get to the office on battleground and not go down town that was a plus.
