I mentioned that I was thinking about going to the court date on ticket to ask it be dismissed.
He discouraged that idea and said it wouldn’t work and asked me to get a letter from my insurance saying they were handing the accident and that he would go to court for me.
I followed his instructions because I was unaware of the fact hat I was correct about accident tickets, you go and asked they be dismissed and they are when you bring a letter from insurance. I guess Mr. Plummer was in more need for $100 than me as a college student.
