I contacted Helen Parsonage for dispute with my employer. However she charged me $250 for the first appointment to speak over Skype. After the discussion she asked me to send all necessary documents. I sent her all the documents she needed and waited for her response. A month passed, there was no response from her end. I tried to followup couple of times with her and her secretary, Once her secretary told me she is busy and she will get back to me soon. But later she stopped responding too.

It has been more than 7 months I never heard anything from her. She ignored all my emails and never bothered to respond.I thought at least she would open the documents and study and get back to me with the answer whether she will consider to take my case or not. She never bothered to do so. I don't understand, if she is so busy why in the first place she considers to talk to people by charging $250. If she can not have reasonable time to answer, she should not charge the clients and waste our money.

I was recommended Mrs. Parsonage by a good friend of mine. She helped his partner and him with his immigration case. After calling the place I was told that they had a fee for the Consultation $150.00 , and that if I decided to hire them , that they would use that money as a credit to the total balance. I agreed and paid for a SKYPE video phone call consultation, because meeting face to face was not an option at the time. I work in Charlotte and their location is in Winston -Salem,.

. I spoke to Mrs. Parsonage via Skype video for about 20 mins. She gave me a few pieces of key information that were very helpful and along a list of -to do- things/things to gather in order to proceed with my case.

a month went by , I collected documents and things I needed to start my case, I emailed her and I also called her and I was not able to reach her.. I sent her a few emails and she took a while to reply.. My last email to her said that I was ready and that I had a printer and a fax machine at work in case I needed to send her any documents and that I wanted to start ASAP, that I was waiting on her ... I never heard anything back from her. . I'm not sure if there was miscommunication between her Paralegal and her or the paralegal and me. I never spoke to anyone else other than Mrs. Parsonage, I think she wanted for me to talk to her Paralegal instead of her, because she kept attaching Mrs.Apreza to her email replies. .No one ever called me back.
