1/2 a STAR NOT A WHOLE STAR.

I am not rating the attorney because we never saw him. Entered the office at 2:30. Girl said "fill this out he'll be right with you". I took it back to desk, stood there about 5 minutes and she didn't acknowledge I was even there. I left it and sat back down. Another girl came in that worked there. They chatted about a 3:30 appointment and someone wasn't there. Then the receptionist friend came in and they chatted about their kids. Still, not a word to Rob or me. At 3:00 Rob told her we were leaving as we had a 2:30 appointment. She said ok. Really!! How about I'm sorry, he is being held up, or his meeting is taking longer than he thought.

Susan Dodge, I am leaving this because your front office staff needs to understand that we are people with feelings and common courtesy should be extended to anyone who comes in your office. Also what goes on when no one is in your office is one thing, but a new potential client doesn't want to be ignored.
