I don't know about these other experiences with attorney Cotton, but my experience was not good. First off I was misinformed, I was told that $500 would handle all of my legal expenses, but i was left with a $188 cost of court. Now remember attorney Cotton is not actually bringing my case before an actual courtroom. I have hired multiple lawyers in the past and to date she is the first one to do this. I gave her $500 very expeditiously and she got my charges reduced! For one ticket you mean to tell me you couldn't get it dismied! That is a first also. So i will tell the truth where these other reviews sound fabricated. Attorney cotton is not good and her receptionist is very rude.

I had about 4 or 5 tickets for speeding and driving on a revoked license. Attorney Cotton was able to get all them reduced or dropped completely. She did all of this in a very timely fashion and was also able to make sure there are no points on my license. I highly recommend Attorney Cotton. Jeremy Cotton seems to me, to be a miracle worker. He was able to have my 26 mph over citation dropped to only 9 mph, which saved my insurance. He also was able to have my reckless driving charge DISMISSED. The amount of money he saved me in court costs alone was about double what I paid for his services, not to mention the money he saved me in insurance for the next 3 years.

Not only did he save me a boat load of money, he is also friendly and convenient. The entire process was seamless. I only called him about 4 times, and of those 3 times, Jeremy personally answered the phone. The 1 time that my call was answered by a different associate, she was very kind and personable.

I pray that I am never in this situation again, but if I am, Cotton Law Firm will be my only call.

Once they represent you in court, no one in this office will take 2 minutes to call you to let you know the outcome and what the next step will be. I don’t think this is too much to ask for considering that your spending a significant amount of money for their services. This was not the case years ago when I used them, hence why I called them again when I needed legal help but now that they’ve “moved up” the customer service gone down. I will definitely not use or recommend this legal office again.
