I'm not really sure who the quote can be attributed to, but it was my first thought when I heard back from my lawyer. Jarvis Law gave me an expectation and then over-exceeded it.

Jarvis Law made things extremely easy, and communicated with me very well thru the process. They were able to get the citation reduced to an improper equipment charge, with significant reduction in fine. Getting a speeding ticket is lame. Being able to inexpensively make the problem go away with a friendly 15-minute phone call and one scanned document is NOT lame.

My daughter got a ticket for reckless driving and speeding. They were able to get the reckless driving charge dismissed and her speeding ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. They are great and would use Jarvis Law again if needed. (hopefully we never will)

All talk, no results. Complete waste of time and money.
We hired Mr. Jarvis for a child support case that he said would be cut and dry. We should have known better when we pulled up to the strip mall his office is in and especially when his conference room door would not close all the way... but we thought the reviews are good so no big deal... Almost 12 months later and he has produced no results. We are literally still at the starting line. He takes days to respond to emails or phone calls which most of the time is a generic "I'm not sure, let me check and get back to you."
Finally in November we had our court date, we take the day off of work, sit there in court, come to find out our court date was cancelled. HE HAD NO CLUE.... Fast forward to February, still no court date, turns out he had never requested a new court date after the last one got cancelled. Unbelievable. We send an email to inquire why he has dropped the ball so badly in our case and his response was that he is resigning from the case and will refund the remaining balance from our account. We were refunded 1/3 of what we paid up front. $1000.00 spent on one court appearance, emails and returning phone calls. We asked for an itemized receipt on how he wasted our money and of course he cannot produce one. Now we have to hire a real lawyer to clean up after him.
