Teresa and her team are very #unreliable, #incompetent, and will bold face #LIE to you!
She was handling my case and told me the toxicology report had come back and for me to change my plea to guilty. After the DA lying about the wording on my report and being judged, I went to the county clerk and she said the report has not come back from Raleigh! So where did she get a report from? Teresa Stewart , you are a #thief and a #lier! And judging from the rest of the reviews, Teresa Stewart needs to be #disbarred!
Professional, knowledgeable, and client focused are three adjectives that I would use to describe Mrs. Mandy H. Cochran and the level of professional courtesy and informative legalese that she exhibited in our meeting today. Mrs. Cochran makes difficult legal situations less complicated and offers a plethora of scenarios that immediately put troubled minds at ease. She presented a positive interaction that I can say with certainty that I appreciated and would wholeheartedly recommend The Law Offices of Teresa Stewart to my friends and colleagues. In my experience, possessing the professional acumen and personal characteristics like the ones Mrs. Cochran has displayed are the very same qualities that I have noted to be strong traits of outstanding professionals who have gone on to be great assets to any organization.
Mrs. Cochran is an engaging law professional on the front lines interacting with potential clients daily in the forefront representing the firm. I view the effective skills of excellent client legal services, outstanding knowledge of how to navigate the court system, and effective communication skills makes Mrs. Cochran a vital standout staff member for The Law Offices of Teresa Stewart.
It is my distinct honor and a privilege to write this letter of appreciation for Mrs. Cochran’s outstanding client relations service, as she exemplifies the good character and welcoming demeanor that we {the public} look for in law professionals we depend on in our desperate times of need. I cannot think of another reference I have written where I feel as strongly about the level of of service that I received from a law professional. It is without any reservation that I offer my most sincere appreciation for Mrs. Mandy Cochran. Thank you for your time and kind consideration.

So how on earth does a competent attorney fail to realize for three WEEKS that the issuing officer was their spouse? I had not only read the secretary the officer's name over the phone but I had ALSO listed it in my written statement which, presumably, the attorney read directly, and if she DIDN'T read my written statement before going to court that just raises further concerns. What, was she just planning on winging it in court? So either she didn't read her client's written statement, or she did and somehow didn't recognize her husband's name. To pile on the blatant incompetence they took three days to even tell me this result? Unacceptable. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Dodge this bullet; find another lawyer.
But I thought I'll give her a try.
I was going 17mph over the speed limit on 52.
She got it reduced to a non moving violation.
Another attorney wanted $250.
