I would recommend this law firm to everyone! They're really nice and help you through every step of the process. Months ago my husband was detained for something he didn't do, we were able to resolve his problem. While he was going to court for this problem, Homeland Security contacted him because he had overstayed his Visa and they wanted know what he was going to do about it. So we were able to talk to Rebekah and she helped us through everything. If we had any questions either her, Lemmona, or Johnathan would answer our questions rapidly. We had to file his case ASAP due to immigration contacting him, and honestly we did this 6 months ago and he already received his green card! I'm so glad that I hired Rebekah, because Lemmona, Johnathan and her worked really hard in our case. I thank them so much for everything they did for my husband and me! Rebekah Grafton & her team (also interacted with Jonathan Warrick & Lemmona Huie) were very helpful with my naturalization process. TL;DR: please just use them for your applications instead of doing it yourself. From initial consultation to leading my ceremony's Pledge of Allegiance (and tearing up, don't judge) only took 3.5 mo.

I had done prior steps on my own, and with the help of a nonprofit in one case, but with the recent atmosphere, I wanted the benefit of someone with experience. Rebekah was a former Homeland Security lawyer; who better to prepare you than someone who has that type of experience? Don't hold it against her, she's great!

In prior instances, there had been a number of mistakes and hold-ups by USCIS. This included getting the wrong gender on my Green Card, which was followed by over a year of waiting for a corrected card, finally culminating in a Congressman getting them to fix the issue. That was a ton of stress and many hours on the phone, not to mention the times I was hung up on, that was not worth saving a few $.

After failing to be contacted by a competitor for my initial consultation, I'm glad I did the research and found Faye Grafton Nuñez. There were many other lawyers with good reviews, but Rebekah was the only one I saw who was putting out YT videos with free information, which I thought was very helpful. It also introduced me to her friendly disposition, which made it less of a barrier to consult a lawyer. My experience with lawyers starts with my parents' divorce lawyers and other than brief conversations with title lawyers or traffic court, is mostly formed by Suits and other unscrupulous TV lawyers. So I was a little apprehensive.

I needn't have been. I only needed to come in twice; I could have perhaps gotten by with only once, but after the experience with the competitor by phone, I wanted to do the initial consult in person. Rebekah and her team were all very nice, and made me feel at ease throughout the process.

The best part was being prepped for every step and being able to email and hear back (often within minutes) about random questions such as whether I need to know every bullet point answer on the test. Even as a native English speaker, it was a lot easier to ask them then try to find the info on government websites.

Rebekah even came to my interview and was able to actually go in the room with me, which was great. I was concerned over some traffic tickets, and the interviewer was a bit gruff, so it put my mind at ease to have someone experienced on my side; so much so that I was able to joke about it and get a smile out of the IO.

excellent lawyers they handled my misdemeanor larceny, I went to Walmart to do some shopping forgot to pay ,and I was stopped on my way out ,I told them I was sorry but instead they called the police on me I had a ticket so I took the ticket to fay and Grafton, they asked me they will handle it I told them what happened and they asked me to stay home they will go to court for me, which I did stay home .they went to court on December 4th 2015 that same day they went to court they demised it that day I was so happy is all gone. now they are doing my citizenship and my expurgement.
