I have been with Riddle and Brantley since 2008 until the present. I sustained serious injuries on the job in October of 2008 which affected my right shoulder, both hands, and back. I required 5 surgeries. One on each hand, two on my right shoulder, and an extensive surgery
and on my back which required a three level fusion of my vertebraes and two rods in my back.
It was a fight to get all of these surgeries approved and we even had to go to court for my back surgery to get a court order for it. It always seemed that workman's comp was throughing a monkey wrench into every situation.I was very fortunate that I had lawyer that was willing to go and bat for me (Mr.Brantley). Needless to say the back surgery was approved because Mr. Brantley had enough evidence showing that I was in desperate need for it.

However, my case manager at Riddle and Brantley (Michelle De Leon) never gave up. Workman's comp ask for paperwork and she would send it.She was always prepared for every situation. Workman's comp had a bad habit about changing case managers on her so it was if she was starting all over again because the new case manager had no idea what was going on with my case. Michelle would always would catch them up to par so we could get things to start rolling along again but workman's comp had a bad habit of doing this very frequently. It was very stressful. There was times that I would get angry and call Michelle but she would always maintain her composer.

I know there may be a lot of people saying that from 2008 to 2017 is a long time to wait ,but let me say this. It had nothing to do with the quality of services that I received from Riddle and Brantley. It was workman's comp trying to get out things that they Where responsible for and Mr. Brantley was going to ensure that I got everything that was deserved to me.Also in the end Mr. Brantley worked very hard on my settlement agreement. He got me more money from the State that anyone has gotten in the last ten years. On top of that is when he found out that they Where going to make me do the set aside for medicare to help was able to get me $10,000 more than from the original settlement.

I would recommend this firm to anyone that needs repsentation for injury on the job car, and etc....

Been a LONG DRAWN OUT process. Staff returns calls and Tricia Tharp is an asset to this Law Firm. However I never really hear anything from my Attorney Johnathan Smith. I'm having a hard time with Bill's and struggle month by month. Hopefully I'll hear from them soon. I've just learned to not call them. Let them call you. The Firm does Excellent work, it's just a long wait.

I contacted Gene Riddle about a rehabilitation facility and how a family member had been cared for. He was very compassionate and gave me excellent guidance on how to proceed. Placing an elderly loved one in a rehabilitation or nursing care facility is never an easy decision. One must be vigilant and not rely solely on a doctors recommendation.

Just a complete do not recommend for me. Very very dishonest.

Terrible firm. Do not trust anything on their website. Just looking out for their own financial interests. Inexperienced liars.

Accidents are never pleasant to be in or to deal with alone. I am so glad that I was referred to Riddle and Brantley after I talked to a coworker. The attorney that handled my case was pleasant and worked hard to get everything in order as quickly as possible. Mary Scott was the person that kept in contact with me throughout the whole 8 month ordeal. She was very pleasant and understanding. I love the service that I received from this awesome staff. One thing for sure they are not like other lawyers they are on top of everything. Once they give you a deadline on your case trust and believe that is what your deadline going to be.

I have a case manager Michael DeLeon. She is the most unprofessional and incompetent case manager. She NEVER updates you on your case. She won't answer her phone unless you block your number or call from a unknown number. You can email her and she won't respond for days or longer. I have yet to receive a call or an update with me initiating the contact and sometime I have to call and talk to the attorney to even get any information. I would never recommend this law firm until Michael DeLeon is no longer there. The attorneys are nice and answer my questions.

During a rather stressful time, R&B was super supportive and straightforward with me. They answered any questions I had and gave me answers to questions I didn't think to ask. My case manager, Whitley Humphries, made it even better as she made sure I was updated on every step, even when things went awry. I'm glad she and my lawyer were as transparent as they were about my cases (I had 2) and I do not regret having them represent me.

Riddle & Brantley truly helped me in my time of confusion and crisis. I honestly have no idea what I could've done without their help. They kindly heard out all my problems and assisted me in everyway they could.

Absolutely not the settlement we were expecting. And the Law Firm is getting MORE than what my son is getting. If your in need of a law firm for a personal injury case look other otherwhere. If you want to be left in the dark, and not updated about your case;which can take over a year to even start negotiations; this is the place. The case managers can't even fallow a simple request and gets an attatude when you ask her questions. Oh and be prepared to get advertising for other classes action lawsuits from them. My suggestion, keep looking and skip this firm.

I must say my experience with them has not at all been pleasant , it has always been something with from day one.. In the beginning i didn't feel like they were on my side i felt like they didn't believe me so they take case.
They day of mediation the other parties didn't show up no biggie but the lawyer and his aide or paralegal didn't have all the paper work so we had to wait two more months for them to get it why have the mediation and your work isn't even done??? Your getting paid to do a job 100% and i feel they know they are getting paid so they do as little as they can. We had came up with numbers at mediation but nothing was signed so while we were waiting on the paper work lawyers did have from the start the other party was able to lower there numbers but office people don't believe it happened that way.. So i lost money that way..
I go into office to sign and read papers and my income and numbers were wrong i was told it wont effect anything i can't imagine that..
Agian no one checked into that or corrected it they just dont have answers.
So o get a call settlement check is ready and i have to pay 250.00 more dollars then what the paperwork says for one paper and 30.00 more for another.. If these papers were so important and the factors i won the case why would the office forgot to charge me for it?? By the time they redo all there mistakes the whole amoit of money i will get back will be there's..

Stacy T. Miller was great! I had been erroneously billed over $10,000 by a medical facility. I contacted rRiddle and Brantley and they got right on it. Stacy was persistent in the process of getting this resolved and was on the phone with my health insurance company and the medical facility on multiple times over the course of seven months or so. There was a lot of back and forth with the two entities and conference calls having both parties on the line. I appreciate her ability to communicate with the parties involved and remain engaged in the process. Stacy was key to this issue being resolved and my balance was brought down to zero. Every time I went in I was received by smiles and kindness! Definitely recommend them and will use them in the future!

Great service! Took our case very fast, had a translator for my mom to understand. Absolutely will recommend them to anyone! Special thanks to Brie Cantillo as being our case manager and helping us out with any question or concern that we have.

As of now I am revising my review, after some conversation it has been discovered that there were a few misunderstandings between myself and my case worker. We have since resolved the issues and things are progressing well.

He seems to have a good array of people working with and for him.

Not very transparent with their clients on how much the firm receives. Like sharks that smell blood your blood. Initially a we where told a lesser percentage but when the settlement came the numbers changed. When we asked about it she said "Well you signed a contract saying otherwise" this will be my last time working with them and I suggest you find a firm that will at least be honest with you since your hiring them!!!!
