Triangle Law helped me through a difficult landlord dispute the summer of 2018. At face value the matter seemed simple, but with further review it was a predatory situation which required legal intervention. My leasing company needed to force all the "long time" tenants out in exchange for higher rates paid by newer tenants, to gain access to unprotected and unnecessary "services". It is unusual for me to post reviews, but I think that my experience is worthy of great praise for the Triangle Law Group. I sought the service of Laurie and William in a landlord tenant dispute that turned into a very nasty interaction where I was bullied and despite all efforts, had to resort to filing a lawsuit. Not impressed! I fully expected to pay for an hour consultation. Ms Gengo, owner of the law practice was 15 minutes late to my appointment and constantly wandered off subject relaying stories about cases that were irrelevant. After 15 minutes I was tired of bringing her back to points I wanted legal guidance on and voiced by dissatisfaction. She waved any fee at least but obviously didn't place any value on my time...
