This was my first time applying for disability so I really had no idea of what to expect the outcome to be. I looked online for a disability lawyer to help me through the process. I found many attorneys but only one that was local and nearby. I didn't want to get lost in a large firm that was out of state and I couldn't meet in person if needed. So I chose Kim Engler.

I was led by by a Google search to Kim and Elle at DAG. I had a bad experience with an advocate who simply did not follow through before I found Kim I prayed for someone knowledgeable to guide and help my son who is 21. Kim was a true blessing through the process of SSI I don't think she thought we would get a favorable result but she was willing to try which is more than most would do. We got our favorable decision and I can't say enough thank you's to Kim. Her knowledge of the system is amazing and I thank her so much for her guidance after two denials and two hearings and three years. I would definitely recommend her and the DAG team. If You need assistance with the daunting SSI process she is knowledgeable, supportive and so worth it.

By the time I found Kim I was physically, emotional broken and exhausted. I had no fight left and I actually believe that my dealth will be announced and disability awarded after. What more can I say, I never thought I would be in a position at such a young age where I could not work any longer. Kimberly Engler walked me through the process and while it was a long and arduous journey she made sure I was updated and informed every step of the way. In the end we won, and even if we hadn't I would've still given her great reviews since as a person she did everything she could given the situation. I was handling my own claim to start with going thru the hoops of filing and getting the automatic turn down and then appealing and the 2nd turn down. So after 2 years I decided to get Kim to represent me. It was a load taken off me. Kim and Disability Advocate Group are great resources for individuals with social security claims. I highly recommend Kim for SSI and SSDI claims. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable.

Better off contacting a real attorney. Talked to the lady that called and was told I didn't have a case. Then a short time later a different law firm informed me I did. I don't think this group is mentally capable of doing what needs to be done. I'm not the only one who thinks this way I spoke to other people in the RDU area and they told me about similar experiences with them. Disabled people really need someone who cares and can do what needs to be done. Not lie whenever the task seems too difficult.

Horrible representatives. They filed the claim for disability and after i got new information that would give me automatic disability they wanted to draw the process out even longer after i asked to have the info submitted enlight of me having permanent disability the response was we will just wait to go to court. Very rude as well.
