If you are reading this you are probably where I was almost 4 years ago. A quick reference to my position.
I suffered a one-in-a-million injury while working on a piece of equipment for my employer. I ruptured my tricep and caused it to pull chip of bone from its attachment point. They call that a triceps rupture avulsion fracture. That injury later caused me to develop CRPS ( complex regional pain syndrome) from the trauma and compression of the ulnar nerve. CRPS has no cure so this was going to be a challenging case from the start. After countless medicines & procedures( original triceps rupture repair & ulnar nerve decompression, a second ulnar nerve decompression, 4 trigger point injections,5 stellate ganglion blocks, months of physical therapy, and then finally a spinal chord stimulator. Durring all that if I had a problem with getting prescriptions filled, or the claims adjuster dragging there feet or anything all it took was a email or a 5 min conversation.
I've always been a do-it-yourself handle things on your own kind of guy and I did that for a bit, I can now say DO NOT TRY THIS ALONE...!!! I highly recommend you do your own due diligence but I feel as a client of mr. McCabe for almost 4 years I can weigh in on his experience as a lawyer. from the moment I sent an online quick form rundown for Mr. McCabe's firm he was there.He called, ask a few more questions got a little more in-depth and was ready to go. He's not going to make some BS false claim to the Moon promise and if any lawyer does run. he'll tell you how it is and won't recommend something just to push it along for his payday. He was perfectly fine representing me forever if no beneficial settlement was offered. Contacted Mr. McCabe in regard to a case of neglect. Met with him and his assistant to go over the case. Provided him everything he requested to get the case started. I had to contact them each time for any communication. Mainly had to send 2 emails to get 1 back from assistant. A couple of months went by and he had not even done hardly anything with case. I was told he had large case he was handling a few times so I got bumped down the line. After feeling like my "little" case was not of importance, I took my business else where. Recently, I overhead the following bits and pieces of a conversation not long ago. Person A: “…such a slime ball… he’s an attorney.” Person B: “Oh, that explains it.” Why is it that we readily associate “slime ball” with attorney, especially a personal injury attorney?
