George Collins represented me since approximately May 2017 and it is now Jan 2020 and without warning or communication he just stopped practicing law. Furthermore, George Collins requested payment to proceed with trial in December 2019 and I sent him the funds requested. I will be requesting my funds back from the NC State Bar funds dispute center Snf potentially filling a malpractice lawsuit.

Was contacted to book a consultation. Was asked for the opposing parties name during the booking process. Had my consultation two days later. Was a thirty minute appointment. Only to get a call 15 minutes later saying they couldn’t represent me because they are already representing the opposing party (who’s name I gave two days prior to the appointment). This is completely unethical! I feel they completely wasted my time and I don’t think they should even be representing the other person either as they could easily use what I said in my counsultation to their benefit. I will be making a complaint with the board as well as the BBB!! Would give less stars if I could!!

He lost his license and took my money for services

I was referred to George Collins and two other attorneys by a church counselor. The first two lawyers were unresponsive or couldn't provide a consultation within two weeks. One wanted $250 up front. Mr. Collins provided a free consultation in a timely manner which answered the legal issue I had regarding personal debt. The second consultation involved a reasonable charge and provided solid guidance regarding my circumstances. He saved me thousands of dollars by providing a prudent and inexpensive course of action. I will seek his advice in any future legal matters.

Rude as can be. Went for a medical malpractice consult and was simply attempting to ask questions/discuss the case and he got rude so I told him there was no need to be condescending towards me. Clearly this lawyer thinks he's the only person who matters!

Marines, I am a MGySgt and I am letting you all know now stay away from this place. Been contacting base they need to be on the off limits list. Unprofessional to say the least. Trying to keep money after I fired them, currently suing a law office you know theres a problem. Pass the word I cant emphasize this enough.

They helped my son out and he was able to move on and join the military to serve this great nation.
