Incredibly knowledgeable about my particular traffic problem (family member w/a missing court date, huge fine, arrest warrant) and walked me through the process, reassuring me the whole way. Then, when he found out I wasn't in his area of service and I therefore couldn't ask him to represent the case, he cheerfully continued explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable with the next steps to take. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

We haven’t been to court just yet but I can say the office does communicate with you....also he explained everything to me and had no problems repeating what I didn’t understand ‍♀️ We hired two different lawyers before him and he is already taking steps that the others didn’t....so far so good I will change my score once we get further on in our journey Hopefully it goes from a 4 to a 5

Lee Bettis is very unorganized & often disrupts court proceedings because he leaves before his cases are heard & they have to wait to have him paged. Nice enough guy but definitely not who you want as your representative in criminal court.

Bettis is a mess, he's often seen in court bumbling around looking disheveled. If the presiding judge doesn't feel sorry for him then they are openly annoyed by him. So you start off on a bad foot being associated w/ a known irritant.

Initially came in to hire him for 2 cases. He charged me $500 and told me he would handle one case and continue the other for a few months to give me time to come up with the money. I called him today to see if he was still continuing my case. And apparently he doesn't remember he said that. Unreliable.

Astounding legal help.!! ****by far the best legal experience I have ever had.when I had pretty much given up on recieving anything but the most sever punishment from a judge,for several unfortunate charges then I was rescued.**** then with my new attorney up to bat,Mr Lee Bettis, I was amazed. He worked his magic. I barely had to show up to district or superior court and in the end I paid just a few hundred more than court cost!!!no jail. No probation.
