They drag out your case or legal incident for years and years & erroneously convey that they are concluding it soon, the entire time.

If you’re not familiar with the legal processes or terminology they are definitely not for you, cause they do not explain it or give you a thorough idea of what you’re signing but they just want you to give the signature.

Secretary & paralegals are inefficient and will forward you to voicemail or never return your call, so frustrating and disappointing to deal with this firm

Working with Hardee & Hardee was amazing and definitely worth the money. I meet with Mr. Hardee personally after being referred to him by a friend and immediately felt like he would fight for me. I was recommended by three different individuals to go here. They offered to take the case . Waited nearly 3 years and when I say that .I can't believe the laywer I had B's me .!!? I think he never was working for my case!!!. I went out my way to help there firm .. everything they asked of me and some.. he didn't bother to offer anything for pain and suffering nothing absolutely nothing" he just smirked and "said "well is something they call when the individual had something to do with their own injury ,"talk about someone crushed !like who break their own leg? I believe they got paid off my case . Remodel there firm an told me "sorry . How you havea case that long then tell me just a few months before the inspiration of the case ,to hit me like that.? Yea can't no one tell me Hardee& Hardee for you.. if Massey was part of it, it won't for me.. I was riding to work and ladder came out of a truck just as I was meeting it.i hit the brakes and tried to avoid it it was wet and no room to get off the road because the canal was full I went off the road started sliding and slid backwards and collided with a truck. The insurance company refused to talk to me. An ambulance came to the scene but I was driven to the hospital I had a severely bruised hip, concussion and back injury. The insurance company would not talk to me because the wording on the police report said I lost control. I exhausted all options with the insurance company. I called Hardee and Hardee they sent Brack Masee to meet me from the beginning he told me the same as the rest of the law firms had said that it was going to be tuff. But that he would try due to they were claiming I was partly at fault because I chose to not get killed. Brack and Amy kept me informed and I really felt like they were looking out for my interests. Even though it seemed impossible The Hardee and Hardee law firm were able to get this resolved. When I went to the office all the staff was very nice and polite this was probably my best experience ever with any legal situation ever. If you ever find yourself in a situation like I did I highly recommend the Hardee and Hardee team.

Hurt, lost, and feeling left out alone?
So was I, no medical insurance, injured through no fault of my own!
It had been a couple days since the crash, didn't have a clue what to do, finally mustered up the courage to make the call, Advice?, don't wait, make the call! Hardee & Hardee, LLP are my heroes!
