Mr. Welsh is extremely professional. He worked on my DWI case for 7 months and any time I emailed I received promt return emails. I had medical circumstances surrounding my case and Mr. Welsh read and looked over my situation and gave me an honest and realistic possibility of outcome. Attorney was not all that receptive to my case, charged 150 dollars for a consultation. Did agree to take the case, paid 3500.00 to begin. After close to three months no communication at all. Called the office to find out what going on at first was told I only had a consultation. After informing that I paid 3500, was placed on hold, then informed attorney would contact me. End result I request my money back since nothing had been done on the case. Went somewhere else and was able to accomplish what needed to be done

Great law practice! Come to find out I didn't need an attorney but wasn't charge a crazy high fee to be told the truth. I would tell everyone call these guys first.

Hired Trevor Avery for a civil suit, was told $2000 plus filing fees should cover costs to take our case to court as long as it was a simple case. Sheriff dept was unable to find defendants, Mr Avery went to court to find out they were never served, we again paid for filing fees for court, sheriffs department left notices on door were defendants were legally evicted from 3 months prior and nothing. Very poor communication in the law firm office, attorney does not return phone calls. I believe I may have spoken with Mr Avery a total of 1 hr for over a period of months. Finally spoke with Mr Avery and we decided to give up because the next option was to hire a private investigator to find the defendants to be served. Mr Avery said he would send us a check for the remaining money that was in trust account. Received a check for $75 yesterday. Really? Very poor experience at an expensive price. I understand it wasn’t the law firms fault the defendants were never located but I’m not quite sure what cost $1925.maybe I was charged for the times I was on hold or time spent waiting for him to return my call.

I wouldn’t rate Chris Welch anything other than 5 stars, I really appreciated his proactive and communicative approach, attention to detail and follow through. This office even offers text messaging for those on the go with busy work life schedules.

I've used these guys to resolve 3 speeding tickets over the past 5 years each time they get the charges reduced to the extent i get no points on my lisence an no effect to insurance premiums. Quality work

Have handled multiple traffic incidents flawlessly on my behalf. Due process takes however long it takes, I've never had to worry with this team on my side, they go all out & take the path that is in your best interest & not just the "easiest path" for them.

Very expensive, found out years later that they didn't notify me of a Failure to Appear in relation to the case (speeding ticket) they represented me for. This turned out to be a major inconvenience costing me hours of time to rectify.

Terrible lawyers. Hired them to resolve a speeding ticket. Took them 5 months because they had other cases that I guess were more important. In the end they did resolve my case but it took them 5 months after my first court date to finally show up to one. Wouldn't hire them again.

Worked with them for years and it wasn't until I would express discontent with the service, that they would toss me a small bone. I wasted gargantuan amounts of time and really saw no results. The pricing was great. Maybe you get what you pay for. This entire County circuit is slow paced and some would say crooked. 5 years later and I am still looking for an attorney in Jacksonville who gives a crap about his or her clients. I want an attorney who is proactive. These guys were not.

To start the staff are rude to the people calling. If you ask anything it is considered to be a legal question and they can't answer it.I guess they think they are something special. I wanted to know how much they charge for tenant landlord disputes but since they don't deal with it that much it was not possible to have an idea of how much it would cost. In order to know what the cost is you have to pay 150.00 to find out. The attorney will say it is to give legal advice but then wanted $2,500.00 up front. Now I am out 150.00 and all I got was for him to agree with me. On top of the 150.00 they wanted, I had scheduled a call for 4 pm on Thursday. I called in to pay 150.00 to talk to an attorney and he wasn't even there. It wasn't but till 5pm I finally received a call. I told the secretary that this wasn't a good start and she replied "sir, have you ever been in court?" Look, I don't go to court on a regular basis and if I did I probably wouldn't need some lousy firm to handle my situation. This is how they make their money. They want money for nothing then they make the bill so outrageous that it wouldnt make sense to stay with it. I was trying to collect 4300.00 from a tenant and he wanted 2500.00. THATS OVER HALF THE AMOUNT I WOULD BE COLLECTING. I am from Jacksonville Fl where attorneys want business so they work for it and they are on time for appointments. Never again will I even attempt to use or recommend these people to anyone. Do yourself a favor and ask to speak to someone that will be on time and a secretary that will respectful. You just might be their client so they should show some respect. Worst experience I have ever had with any attorney.
