Had a DWI charge, Mr. Golden ended up having it dismissed in "the war of attrition". Took about 18 months, but the officer finally did not show up. After years of thinking I would never be able to drive again he was able to have my license reinstated. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the hearing. I had an excellent experience with Attorney Golden and his team. I had a couple traffic violations. I never had to step foot in the courtroom and Mr.Golden got the charges dismissed. During this processes MrGolden treated me very well and understood my situation quickly. He was able to answer all questions I had. Matthew Golden went to court on my behalf for my charges of Reckless Driving and Speeding. Mr. Golden was able to negotiate a reduction of my speeding ticket from 51 in a 35 to 44 in a 35 and was also able to negotiate a dismissal of my reckless driving charge and failure to update drivers license address. These guys are a joke. Then will not update at all about the case. Assistant avoids phone calls. It's been weeks since I heard from them to find out about my case. They were higher then normal that's why I when with them. You know the " You get what you pay for rule" so I went for it. Come
to find out the same results would of happen if I would of payed cheaper. The ONLY time you talk to his helpers is when there trying to get payment. They send you a paper to sign and fees and waivers. Pay them. They continue you case, they tell you that much. Then when it all comes down to the final result you don't get a call , hey we did this or nothing. Not bad talking them but this was my experience and now I have to go and do work myself, as far as finding out the next steps and everything. I could of saved $$ and represented myself!!! Smh

After not getting a speeding ticket since my teens, I got 2 within a six month period. He represented me for my 2nd ticket, which I just knew was going to cost me a small fortune. He was not only significantly cheaper than the first lawyer that I got, he also got the ticket completely dismissed!!!! I would highly recommend him!

Mr. Golden is an excellent, caring attorney. He went above and beyond for me and my situation. I received a speeding ticket back in Oct. 2014 and hired Mr. Golden as my attorney. In Dec. I had to have major reconstructive surgery on my foot which lead to some complications. It required me to still be in a leg cast with crutches 5 months later. At the first court hearing the judge ordered me to do 25 hours of community service. I was not expecting to be in a cast for this long but I really did try my hardest to find a non-profit organization to do my community service with. Unfortunately, no one would allow me to because I was a liability to them if I were to fall in their organization. Mr. Golden was able to get 3 or 4 continuances on my case. Each time he had to go to court on my behalf and didn't charge me a cent more than his original fee. At one time he even offered to refund my money after he had put a lot of time into my case, because the judge wouldn't grant me a POJ as he first expected. We didn't think the judge would change his mind about the community service but somehow Mr. Golden was able to get him to and give me a POJ. I am very grateful to him and his team! I would highly recommend him!!

Matthew Golden assisted has assisted me thus far with two traffic cases, and has been very patient, and communicative during the entire process. During the initial call, and face to face meeting, he was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions regarding my upcoming cases, and assisted me with weighing the potential options for it.

After my latest case my insurance agency was not willing to actually reduce my premiums, despite the insurance points being removed from my license. As soon as they allowed permission for him to call and talk to them about it, he made them recognize that they had to comply with the laws to drop my rate since the points have been removed since the policy began. He did this over a month after the original case - long after his work should have been completed, going above and beyond what I was expecting.
