Estimated out of pocket repairs $1700.00. Boom maxed out that card. Repairs took about two weeks and I tried to get rides to work. Next I lost my job because I could not get to work. Had to use other cards to pay bills and supplement income. Found a job and maintained for a bit slowly putting off bills to pay others that I could not afford. Then I knew I was getting into trouble with debt and could not catch up. Had to move back to hometown and live with my family. I was on my way to getting out of debt. Two weeks later I got a phone call that has since changed my life for the best. "I'm Pregnant". At that instant I thought "What am I going to do?". I was in tears. No one having a child should feel like I did that day. She was not even born and I already felt like I let her down. The stress gave me constant headaches and nausea. It wasn't long after she was born my phone wouldn't stop ringing. I stopped paying credit card bills because my daughters needs came first. Credit Card companies Do Not Care about your LIFE. Next thing I know the Sheriff Deputy is serving me with lawsuit papers. One of the card companies filed a legal suit to make me pay back my bad debt. I had great intentions family first and all.
