I hired Mr. Pearce for a motion for Appropriate Relief case, which is actually going back in a case and getting a change on a verdict. Its a very hard thing to do specially with a horrible driving record like mine. My record was so bad that another lawyer wouldn't even take my case because it didn't seem doable, but he gave me Mr.Pearce phone # so I called him and he almost immediately got the ball rolling talking to the DMV before I even paid him anything.Other lawyers wanted at least$ 200 just to hear me talk about it. Mr. Pearce gave me a price to take the case which was at least a third cheaper than any other quotes. Also he had already basically started working on the case before I actually hired him which was comforting especially this day and time when it seems everyone is trying to get over on you for money. Mr. Pearce done exactly what he said he would do and not only that he got another old marijuana charge I had dismissed..I believe the Lord Jesus Christ lead him, but he used Mr.Pearce to handle a very difficult case and he got the job done just as he thought he could ....Thank you Sir

Worst lawyer that we have ever seen, but it's my mistake didn't check the reviews, can't trust somebody with 4 reviewes these days!!! My husband had a ticket for passing a school bus which he didn't as Wake Forest people love to collect any s*** at the end of the month, my husband isn't a liar and I know him more than myself and I trust him for saying he didn't do it, and we have clean records, so he goes to this lawyer, we pay him $500, we made it to the court each and everytime but the detective never showed up, of course they can care less!! Finally he shows up at the 4th visit, the attorney came and told us that he think the detective is gonna lie and say something not true in court, very weird lying after you put your hand on a bible! But however we just ask how did the attorney know this! Like are you a friend of the detective? He didn't prepare my husband for trial, obviously out of a poor experience thinking that we don't need to prove my husband isn't guilty, or maybe we just don't care and we'll pay the ticket, we won't hire you if we would just pay it, would we?? he stated he is gonna go to the place where we took the ticket to see how many lanes in there and investigate before court time, and he didn't of course, and he didn't even ask the detective the very simple questions a 10 years old kid would ask to show that he is lying and my husband isn't, very easy case but I could swear it's like they asked him to lose it just out of racism or else! Cause there is no way anybody could have lost and made us pay another $700 to court, if he has any consious he would at least give us our $500 back as he know he didn't even give 10% effort in that court room, and he didn't do his job, contract doesn't say anything about not giving us our money back if he fails like that out of his ignorance not that the detective was better or the DA! But we won't even ask him for our money back cause am sure he doesn't give a s*** about us or anybody else, like him like lots of others that they just went to college and took a career for money not to help people, and I only pray to God to judge them all for the money they took, the bad judgment, and lying in court, he even said he is gonna help us to appeal then he return my call after the deadline for appealing has passed...... so my advise if you really know you are innocent not just getting a lawyer to help you with your points, get a real lawyer, and make sure that you get your money back by contract if they arenot gonna help you like this one

Mr. Pierce helped clear me of a bus stop ticket that would have cost me thousands of dollars in the coming years and marred my clean record.
