They treated me with kindness and respect even on the days when I was not on my best behavior. My medical bills were paid and my settlement helped me through some difficult times. I was highly disappointed in everything especially the communication level they never asked the phone I was even told not to keep calling they will call you, she didn’t get me back half as much as she told me she was going get back, she hardly talks on the phone she texts which I feel that that’s not professional at all, she has a attitude and so does her workers I was just highly disappointed I chose her cause I’m all for supporting black but never again ever will I go with Jordan

I have found this practice to be neglent in communication, follow thru of tasks, poor representation. Also lack of personnel to implement duties needed to settle a case in a timely manner. I would advise anyone to seek legal services with someone who will represent you to the end, not based on profit. My best advice is to seek representation from a reputable firm who works for you not the insurance company.

I personally would recommend Jordan Legal Services. Yes it was a process, but it is expected with this line of work and the workload . When I had questions and concerns it was addressed and answered accordingly . Mrs. Jordan is a African American female with her own firm in which I support . She is hatd working and very knowledgeable in what she does as well as dedicated . Her assistants (team) are also polite and helpful .

I was in an accident and of course every lawyer sends you solicitations wanting to represent you. I went with Jordan Legal Services because she was the only young African American woman and I wanted to support. My mistake. Luckily it was a small accident, there was a huge lack in communication on her part. She would text me instead of call and she wouldn't even mention who she was at the start of the text. She would just send a 1-2 sentence text, and if I asked a follow up question immediately after her text, she was likely to not respond for over 24 hours. Maybe she is over worked but, that is not the clients fault. I would say only use her if your case is very small and you don't really care about the outcome.
