Do NOT waste your time or money! He does not call you back or return emails! He did not even do a discovery. He takes your money and doesn’t do anything for it. Then when you fire him he refuses to withdraw! He has caused a huge mess.

So far Mr. Coxe has been handling our case and my fiance and I have been in impress. Now Round two.

Left a message with receptionist, left an email and then left a voicemail over the span of a week to try and set up an appointment with them for a legal matter concerning my business. Not one response, not too professional.

I am a servicemember and recently hired Robert Coxe to navigate the rough waters determining child custody. In December 2012 I first spoke to Mr. Coxe, explaining in a very understandable way the very unique circumstances of my case. Yet every time I contacted the law firm and spoke with someone other than Anna (usually a disrespectful person named "Tuesday") total ignorance and disregard of my case was immediately evident. Additionally, multiple persons at this firm have been notified of my upcoming deployment and my requests to expedite the process if possible. Unfortunately, the ignorance and disregard plaguing this firm render virtually EVERY employee incapable of understanding why scheduling court dates (those requiring MY attendance) during my deployment creates difficulties, as humans have not yet mastered the simultaneous occupation of two separate positions of space-time.

Bottom line: My wife had children removed from her custody by social services, yet the continued incompetence of this law firm betrays any confidence that I, an upstanding citizen with his stuff together, may win this custody battle.
