Called them around 1 a clock on Veteran's Day observed as I was supposed to appear in court the next day for a speeding ticket (22 mph over) and would have had to drive 3 hours one way to get there. Not only did they answer, but they were able to process the paperwork within a couple hour's time, guaranteed that they would have it reduced to a non-moving violation, was reasonably priced, and called me the next afternoon to inform me that they were able to get it reduced to equipment failure. Certainly worth the attorney fee as I would have lost more than that to take off work and drive there!
