I had received a bogus ticket for a bus lane infraction a few months back, but wanted to keep myself from having to use up my traffic school option for a more warranted case.

Rather than shell out the cash to brush off the ticket and pay the fines, I went shopping around for legal assistance, and was actually told by some legal groups that they couldn't fight it, but I got some success when these guys said they could take on my case! All it took was an up front legal fee and I didn't have to worry about the legal red tape and processes that would have forced me to take time off to contest the ticket.

A few months later, I get an email the day after the court date saying they threw out the infraction, so my driving record will continue to remain spot-free, helping out insurance costs in the long run.

I have to be honest that it is really hard to find a traffic and DUI Lawyer who can do an incredible job to deal with your case.
I had a moving citation which was given to me unfairly. I did not have to much time to search and find attorney and talk to many of them and pick one, I had to rely on what I could find online.
However, I can honestly tell you that Michael turned out to be a great choice. I only provided him all factual information about my encounter with a police officer and provided a copy of the citation. He represented me to all case hearings and did an amazing job so next thing I heard after the case hearing is that "your case got dismissed and you do not have to pay any fine". Excellent first time experience. All that was required from me was to submit the traffic citation and associated paperwork. From that point on I just needed to sit back and relax while Silveira took care of the rest.

It did take ~10 months for the whole process but the end result was favorable so no complaints here.

So last year, I moved to Millbrae from San Francisco, and within 1 week, I get Jacked by CHP. My license is my livelihood and I thought I was going to be all kinds of screwed. My blood alcohol content wasn’t that high but I was panicked.
