I was contacted by Mr. Wessel today after requesting a phone consultation and explained that I was looking into filing a lawsuit. The conversation started off pretty much as you would expect, but then as I continued to explain my situation, he literally began to yell at me. He accused me of acting suspiciously and yelled, "What's the matter with you?!" at me. He was berating me for not having certain paperwork on hand. It was extremely unprofessional, to say the very least, and the conversation (or rather, verbal assault) has left me quite shaken. I will be filing a claim against this firm to The State Bar of California.
