I was referred to Mr. Koss by a family acquaintance for advice on an Appellant Appeal to the Board of Appeals for my Unemployment Insurance. He reviewed my complete file and my final response to the Board of Appeals. He was very knowledgeable regarding the Appeals process and very reassuring. In the end the Administrative Law Judges decision to approve my Unemployment Insurance was upheld by the Appeals Board.

Thank you, Richard!

I called for some advice about what to do if an employee doesn't pay your last check for several months. I believe I spoke to Rand, he was super helpful and gave me a half hour of advice on next steps, even though it's not yet at the lawyer stage. I know for sure if it gets to the lawyer stage, who I'll be calling! Thank you again for the helpful advice.

I spoke to Richard N. Koss and he was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to when it comes to attorneys. He would not listen to anything I said and if I did speak he always interrupted me and he had a testy tone of voice. He kind of sounded like Donald Rumsfeld but with more of a slime ball personality and less strength in his testy tone. When I first called his office he couldn't speak at the time and said he would call me back and boy did he call me back over and over like some kind of a desperate salesman desperate for money but when he spoke to me he realized that maybe he would not be able to make the money he was expecting off of my case and was a complete jerk about the whole thing but not until he found out there wasn't money involved which is typical for most slimebag lawyers and I'm sure he will end up in that special part of hell that most lawyers do. So I recommend you call someone else that will listen to you without interrupting every sentence and won't harass you with phone calls when you are busy. This guy was a real piece of work not sure what his deal is but look elsewhere folks. STAY AWAY FROM RICHARD N. KOSS !!!
