well it was 2 months ago I contacted mr green regarding a felony I had I wanted to restore my dignity. I committed a crime when I was 18 and paid the price for the last 15 years. I had a felony for GTA and it was a pain in the butt to get jobs and do other things without this over my head. Someone was harassing my kids and I told them to take a hike; The next thing I know I get hit with a TRO. You thought we had due process? HA HA wait until you see the TRO process in the Banana Republic of Santa Clara county. Anyway, I connected with Holden and we neutralized the threat by converting the TRO into a kind of peace treaty. Did I get the result I wanted? Yes.

Mr. Green is an excellent lawyer for your wide variety of needs. My wife had a falsified domestic violence restraining order filed against her which was intentionally done by the perpetrator to impact her green card process. Mr. Green charged us a little over ~$2500 for the case and successfully dismissed the restraining order through responding with a non-cluts agreement which eliminated the effect this order has on my wife's green card. The agreement benefited both sides by dismissing the false charges and ensuring both sides are protected from each other (neither party can be near each other). The process went very smoothly.

Normally, Mr Green handles Santa Clara County cases, but with the extra charge he took on our case in Alameda County!

There are no words I could possibly use to thank Mr.Green enough for his service. It all started when SJPD violated rights and lied about my charges. Long story short, I ended up with 3 felonies; Sales of Marijuana, transportation of marijuana, and Sales of Narcotics. I retained Mr. Green to get my probation terminated (after serving 4 1/2 years of probation of the 5 years I was sentence too) and to ask the court for a record clearance on 2 separate cases that were felony cases so I could go back to work in my field of training (because of these charges I could not get certified by the state I currently live in to work in my field of training. I was at a hearing at the Superior Court in Santa Clara for a red light citation that I had decided to challenge. Holden Green just so happened to be in the court room and saw me undergo the hearing. He knew right away that I had no clue what I doing challenging this citation and confronted me about this.
