Contra Costa County is a hotbed of white collar crime. Getting a good ol' bro slapped into another high rank here was CLEARLY deliberate for Contra Costa County, who does not value justice for its people. Many who knew DA Mark Peterson personally did not trust nor support his appointment. And yeah, he blatantly misused $60k of campaign funds because he's an entitled, sniveling baby. His fine was only $45k, so what? A small fraction of his salary.

Peterson was instrumental in many white collar sex crime cover ups. We don't know yet what else he's tried to conceal from the public record, and whose pocket he's in.

D.A. Mark Peterson, works really hard for those police officers who voted him into office. If your loved one was wrongly murdered by one of these officers, he will go to work clearing their name of any wrong doing without interviewing any eyewitnesses that state otherwise.
He writes letters filled with false claims of, "Sending a letter to the family's residence, and leaving several voicemail messages; but the family has not responded to our attempts to arrange a meeting." These statements were made with bolded lettering, as if it somehow made it proof that Mr. Peterson was stating fact...when he was actually lying.
He also stated that the investigations are very thorough and include the interviews of witnesses, but if that were the case, he and his team of investigators would have heard one testimony after another from our 7 plus witnesses, that Officer Jensen's account of what happened isn't at all what they witnessed first hand. Three of the witnesses recorded the incident with their cell phones; two of which were confiscated by the Richmond Police Dept. for, "evidence."
On Tuesday, July 26, 2016, one of the eyewitnesses went down to the RPD to retrieve her cell phone. Upon receiving it, she immediately noticed that the SIM card was missing. This would be known as, 'Tampering with evidence!'
If the District Attorney's office is "so thorough", why is it that they NEVER interviewed ONE eyewitness on behalf of the decedent, Pedie Perez? It's apparent that the corruption and coverup of this officer involved murder, is many levels deep, starting with Officer Wallace Jensen, (ex) Chief of Police, Chris Magnus, City Mayor, Tom Butt, City Manager, Bill Lindsay, City Attorney Bruce Goodmiller, the Police Officer's Union, the FOP, and the Contra Costa District Attorney Mark Peterson.
None of these people can be trusted, and will tell lie after lie to protect their brother of the badge at all costs, while neglecting the citizens of Contra Costa County. DO NOT re-elect these people, especially if the Police Officer's Union is backing them.

Thank you!
The Pedie Perez Family
