These guys are relentless!!!!!!!

My son got into some pretty serious trouble. I called and set up a meeting and saw Steve first. We laid out a plan of attack which he approved. It turns out the SF court system is really really slow. After almost a year we finally saw the judge but every court date we had Summit was there with us. They got my son into the young adult court which is he has almost completed and once complete all charges will be dropped to a lessor charge if not dropped all together. They also handled an issue in Santa Rosa for us at the original price quoted.

Although we were passed from one lawyer to another each time the attorney was well versed in his case and didn't miss a step.

It will be almost 2 years working on this case and they have never asked for more money.

If you don't call these guys first and talk to them your making a BIG BIG mistake. I hope to never have to call them again but if i need a lawyer I know who I am calling without a doubt.

I heard about Rabin Nabizadeh Summet Defense through a Court appointed Alcohol program that the San Francisco Courthouse referred me to. They told me if I wanted an attorney who knew the system and knew how to talk to judges and prosecutors then Rabin was the attorney to call and boy was she right. Thank goodness I called him. I walked into their offices (At 580 California St) by the way - ha ha and didn't even have to wait more than a few minutes. His assistant brought me to his office and he explained the whole process to me. He assured me that if I followed all the procedures that I would be fine and he was right. From the moment I picked up the phone and exchanged just a few words with Rabin, I knew I could immediately trust him. I've never dealt with the legal system prior to this and felt extremely distraught and helpless prior to the call. I spoke with Rabin and he put me at great ease and comforted me. I was arrested for domestic battery. Steve Davidson was able to get the case dismissed before the case was even charged. A few weeks later, I received a notice from my professional licensing agency requesting information regarding my arrest. I called Summit Defense again and was put in touch with Rubin who drafted a response within a couple of hours. I was lucky to find Summit Defense and would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

With no experience with lawyers, I called Rabin with some trepidation - we had a brief conversation on the phone - he was very professional and explained how he could help with the case and what it would cost to engage Summit. The best thing I heard on this call - if he represented me I wouldn't have to appear in person - I live in the East Bay and appearing in Santa Clara would take a whole working day!

Right after the call he sent me an email providing very specific instructions on what I needed to do ask for a court trial date and some other details relevant to the case. I followed the instructions to get the court date and closer to the court date, I sent him another email with the details of the incident. That's it - that's all I needed to do!
