When I had my accident and called these guys they were great responded immediately had someone at my house the next day to document everything from my injuries and were very polite and professional and I thought man i was set these guys are going to take care of everything and I dont have to worry about a thing well was I wrong 1 month after signing my contract with them i had to make 2 or 3 calls to the office to get a response and when i did get a response it was me doing all the legwork calling the doctors setting up appointments to be seen etc. The part that I'm supposed to be paying these guys for. I went to their doctors and went through their xrays and mri companies not knowing that every visit was an additional 300 to 800 dollars per visit while beng told the more medical costs the higher your settlement Long Story Short its been almost 2 years since my accident and I'm still waiting to Settle my attorney Daniel Ortega was not as good as I think theyre companies reputation states. Furthermore the lady that hit me was found completely at fault at the scene causing permanent damage to my knees and hips all said and done i spent 33 percent of my settlement to a firm that did little to no legwork for me never went to court didn't even act like my case was worth it on top of that I spent another 17,000 on their doctors when i could have used my own healthcare plan but they insisted i go through them so what im getting at is dont be like me and choose the first firm research and know that you can get a full policy without any representation and I did not know that when i had signed my contract so if this could save someone from getting taken advantage like I did thats be awesome thanks for taking the time to read .
Once our son was finally stable, Jim and his associates began the long process -- not just for his legal case (masterfully handled!), but in managing our son's injuries. Their advice and assistance for our son's recuperation, treatment, recovery and therapy was amazing. They helped us to find doctors, surgeons and state of the art treatments.
Our son's medical recovery is due in no small part to their assistance. We are so grateful!
1/ 12/19 PART 2 since they wrote a book in response.. Very unprofessional group..When I went to mediation, which was the first time I met my lawyer.. the mediator came back from speaking to the defendant siding and empathizing with her saying how she was so sad and wasn't able to go on a planned swim with her dad to Alcatraz..(maybe she should of thought of that instead of being on the phone while driving and not paying attention to where she was going) with no sign of care or even a mention of how my own daughter who was 6 weeks old at the time of my accident, no mention of how my daughter only got to see me in a hospital bed for the first eight months of her life with a fixator bolted to my leg and in a wheelchair and walker for another eight months after that. Or how since my leg is permanently damaged and disfigured I would NEVER be able to swim or even run along side of my own daughter or be able to teach her how to ride a bike because my Achilles was ripped out and two pieces of my back muscle are holding my leg together because I have rods from my pelvis to my toes how my heel cap is screwed back on.... after telling that to Jim Romag, he himself told me I was about to be indicted by the Federal government to stop my case and that my case would be suspended by the goverment and I would be cited and fined.. right afterwords I was forwarded a list of his attorneys clients and their discoveries..is this proof enough on their level of professionalism? Looks like their cashing in to me..?? I guess you cant really blame them for not putting more time into my case..how could they.. look how many people their working..and this is just the San Ramon Location..What do you think? ♂️
You may be more educated and articulated than many but dont ever assume your more intelligent than any..I'm not average.
Mike and Artimmis were with me all the way. They helped sort out all the things I could not. I knew I had a team on MY side.
When you are hit in an accident? You are scared. What will happen to my bike? Will the doctors take care of me? What about my insurance?
Its a very scary time when you are flopped out in a hospital bed. Every time you hear one of the machines go beep or bing, you know its just a counter running up the dollars.
And if you are on a bike? Guess what? most people just assume its YOUR fault. You need legal representation that understands motorcycles, and all the legal ways to handle the claims. Injury attorney that does not do bikes? may not understand lane-sharing. May not understand your rights, and how to fight for them.
Mike and the team from Russ Brown told me from the first "this is a joint effort. We need YOU to participate, keep records, notes, you have to document and give US the information to work with"
They were with me the whole journey. They set expectations, gave me guidance, and helped me to understand what was happening, and why.
It took over a year. But I never felt alone. Mike, Artimmis, and the whole Russ Brown Team was right there in my corner. They kept me informed, they told me what they needed. They worked with me to achieve the best settlement we could.
Without them? I'd still be lost wandering.
If you were hurt? Go with the Pros! Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys is one of the best teams out there. I lost a year of my life - they helped me get some of it back.
Hooray - I cannot recommend enough.
How impressed am I? you email me - and I'll happily email or call you to tell you how much I think of them.
Thank you Jim.
