Mr. Eckdish is outstanding and clearly the best in the field of immigration law hands down.
Stephen provided professional advice on my case. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. From the first conversation, he correctly predicted what to anticipate in my case. His expertise gave me confidence to continue with his firm, immediately after I talked with him.
Stephen believes that immigrants have played a pivotal role in making the United States one of the greatest nations on earth, so he will work to help those he believes will contribute to the greater good of this country. Stephen truly care and once your case has been settled, you’ll likely continue to hear from him. His genuine warmth and kindness make it near impossible not to become his friend.
A little bit info about my case; I’ve had my green card for 18 years and have been trying to get my citizenship for a several years. After being stuck in the black hole of immigration backlog for many years, and trying to understand what’s the problem on my own and through other lawyers and had almost given up hope for any resolution soon, until we got in touch with Mr. Eckdish. He took over my case and had a clear plan on how to successfully complete the case. Throughout the course of our consultations, I came to know Mr. Eckdish as an extremely knowledgeable and experienced attorney. His approach was realistic coupled with optimism. He coached me through the entire process and went far beyond what an attorney would do to make sure my case was resolved successfully. I sometimes regret that I could’ve easily shaved off years of waiting in the backlog if we had approached them earlier. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended!
From your first conversation with Stephen, you immediately become aware of his integrity and commitment, and moreover, the passion he exudes for his work. Any concern I raised was immediately addressed. Phone calls were answered in a timely manner, even when he was vacationing in Switzerland.
During my citizenship interview, Mr. Eckdish was there before me and was attentive and very supportive during the interview.
Bottom-line, I consider Stephen a one of a kind lawyer that I personally look up to and would be honored to continue to know him and use his services.
HAPPY TO CONCLUDE THAT I GOT THROUGH MY CITIZENSHIP CEREMONY AND PROUD TO SAY THAT I’M A US CITIZEN :)

I have since gone back to school to start a new career in the medical field. I have turned my life around, but my past mistakes posed a major roadblock in becoming an American citizen. Mr. Eckdish worked tirelessly to have both of my drug related criminal cases vacated in order to pave way for my citizenship. I have since applied for my citizenship and now awaiting an interview. I have the utmost confidence that my dream of becoming an American citizen will become reality in the coming months, all with the help of Mr. Eckdish. I am extremely satisfied with the work that Stephen Eckdish has done for me so far and I highly recommend him for your complex immigration and criminal cases.
Forever grateful!
Mr. Eckdish reviewed all the possibilities and came to the conclusion we had one shot at beating this. Even though this case was difficult, Mr. Eckdish was the only lawyer to give us the fighting chance we needed.
After 3 months of detainment, my husband was reunited with his family. And now, 15 moths later, my husband is no longer in deportation proceedings. All this is a HUGE thanks to Mr. Eckdish and his legal experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone with immigration legal issues. He was the only person that made the impossible, possible.
Forever grateful,

After 2-3 years of been in the process I found Stephen Eckdish in San Francisco. He helped me sooooo much. He is the best when you are dealing with deportation and criminal immigration. Before him I had to do a waiver witch was denied I didn't appeal the decision and they send me to court for deportation.
MY lawyer Stephen was able to vacate one of my CIMT's and that made me admisabe to USA and the judge granted my permanent residence on July 11 2012. It was a miracle! Thanks to him!!!
Stephen is generous, kind, always there when you need him, and simply the best. I can't never thank him enough.
Truthly,
