I got charged with a DUI in August of last year. I was looking for a lawyer and after seeing all the positive reviews for Nan I contacted her about my case. I had a very high BAC and a collision. For the following year Nan has helped me with my case, getting it to military diversion court and attending every court hearing. She has prepared me for what to bring and what to expect for each follow up court date and finally, after this long road, I will have graduated diversion court, have my case completely dropped and taken off my record! I was a victim in a domestic violence case and I did not trust that my best interests were being fully accounted for. After feeling pressured by the DA and threatened by the PD representing my ex, I decided to find a lawyer. It’s unfortunate that victims aren’t provided with legal aid because it can often feel overwhelming when you’re on your own as a victim. True to my nature of researching everything, I meticulously scoured through client’s reviews of various attorneys and narrowed it down to a final select few. The other attorneys did not answer, nor did they ever return my call. In hindsight, I appreciate their lack of professionalism because it lead me to Nan Bucknall. I recently got a 2nd DUI and I spoke to several attorneys about my case. Specially because it was a second one. And after meeting with several I ran into a review from someone else recommending Nan.. I called her and she was very upfront about what I was going to be expecting from the law side of the case. I obviously made the mistake of driving under influence but she delivered on everything she promised. After delaying the case per my request and also extending the DMV hearings as much as possible. Even after I was convicted in court, she was still able to push out the hearing for about another 3 months which was enough to make it count as my “suspension period” and was able to back the date the DMV suspension so technically I never lost my privilege of driving. Since she was able to have it backdated to the court conviction. And I was able to get my restricted license and be back on the road. It was a very unfortunate event but I’m glad she represented me and helped me through out all the legal stuff I had to get through. I would highly recommend her. She’s the one u want on your side when you gotta go through some hard times. She def knows her way around the legal system. Thanks for your help Nan!

Needing a lawyer is never fun. In my dads cases Nan has done an amazing job at reducing his charges. He has many priors which never makes it easy to defend but Nan did a terrific job! I highly recommend her because she truly knows what she’s doing in and out of the court.

Nan did a great job. In the beginning I was worried that they would see my priors from another state but Nan informed me that there is a good chance they won't notice them right away and if that is the case to "plea and waiver" to resolve the case right away and not give the DA a chance to look more into my record from other states.

I am a current international student (under F1 visa), got into a DUI situation recently(with an alcohol reading of 0.11). I had no idea what to do as I had to deal with the Visa revocation as well. The only option I had was to contact an attorney who could help me out.

I was arrested for my third DUI in April 2017. I called Nan to help me out. I was facing more than 120 days in jail because I had an accident and was still on probation from my second DUI. Nan took care of everything for me....I was so scared and she got me through this ordeal. I didn't do any jail time. I have to do WWP days and pay fines but I asked her to keep me out of jail and she did. She is a phenomenal attorney and an amazing person. She gets the job done and doesn't mess around. Nan, in court on the spur of the moment save a mother from jail. The public defender declared a conflict. The judge ask the mother and her child to go to the prisoners box. I constantly have to provide case details to her as she never had any info on it, basically she was never my attorney on record. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
