Beware of working here! I took a job to be a runner ( serve people, or file documents). In the beginning the manager (Krista) seemed so sweet, but once I asked how much was I going to get paid per mile it seemed to be a problem. Before getting the job I was told that I would only be in the San Jose area but in less than 4 days I went to Redwood City about two times and cities along the way to Redwood City.

I also got paid a month later and two months later I got paid for my miles. The owner ignored mine and my agencies calls but when I messaged Krista and told her I will take legal action since she hasn't paid me so she finally reached out to my agency and finally cut my check.

Very unprofessional and told lies. All of this happened in 4 days!!!

They helped me when I needed to serve my ex with paperwork. They keep me up to date and helped with submitting the proof of service.

I paid these people $100 to have them serve someone. The whole time I had to call them to see what was going on. They told me they would do 4 attempts to serve the person but only did 3. Then when I asked them to hand it to some one over 18, they instead just left it at the door. I had to constantly call them to find out what was going on just to find out they served the paper work late. So $100 for nothing. Save your money and go somewhere else. I will not return nor recommend this place.
