Have used Upcounsel 3 times...they never "ran with my credit card information" as one of the reviews stated. They're very clear on what will be charged, estimates are upfront. Very professional firm. They even tolerated my financial situations which caused me to be a little late with my agreed upon payments. I always recommend Upcounsel.
