While they made multiple attempts to serve papers to the person I specified and assured me that it should be doable, they did not successfully serve them.

Edit: I gave these guys two specific time and places (the courthouse, nonetheless!) where the guy I wanted served would be, and they told me that the servers didn't want to go there that "early" (i.e., 9:30AM) in the morning. Don't waste your money on these guys.
