The car salesman of lawyers!! Beware of this guy, he will lie out of the fake cheap suit he probably got from a thrift store, he’s a real dirtbag!

I don't think I have ever dealt with a staff as rude and unprofessional as that of Steven R. Hrdlicka's. Silvia, the manager and/or supervisor, according to herself and fellow staff members, is demeaning and condescending. Should you call with any questions or concerns about your bill, be prepared, because she will only explain it to you once. After which she will let you know that she has already explained it to you once, and refuses to send you a detailed statement explaining the charges. She also hung up on us several times. When asking to speak to a supervisor, or manager, they refuse, stating that they can only transfer you to Silvia's voicemail because apparently she is the only supervisor or manager, but she is also in charge of the accounts, so good luck finding someone with an ounce of professionalism to help you.

This guy was unprofessional and unethical. I have dealt with too many lawyers in Fresno who simply don't know the law or are so incompetent to even know it. Because I was unfamiliar with lawyers, I go to other reviews to try to find trust and eviction lawyers in the Fresno area. I called Hrdlicka 's office because he boasted of being a judge pro-tem. Well, he actually asked for all my docs for a simple eviction matter and wouldn't even consult me on it, although I had offered to pay. He just took all my private information and proceeded to ask the opposing lawyer about it (in all my years interviewing and hiring and firing lawyers, I never had one who had clearly crossed what I felt was basic potential lawyer/client relationship.) This is unethical. I even told his legal secretary about it and she said this was common. I remember asking Hygo (his secretary) if this would stay private and she assured me that Hrdlicka would only talk to me about MY case. Yet without my permission or knowledge he took my information and called the opposing party's lawyer to check on my "case" that he hadn't even discussed with me, the potential "client". What kind of law is being practiced? And why didn't he take the case?!!!!! It's a simple eviction and he just couldn't figure it out. The next lawyer I called, took it and now we are in proceedings. Now, if something happens in court and the law is not followed (since it is such a small town) and if I'm singled out, then I know there is a corruption in Fresno County Courts. Lawyers and Judges aren't supposed to be biased but I feel that lawyers are humans and make mistakes and as unethical as everyone else. Hire another lawyer, who will at least call you back and give you an consultation and not go around you to get information on the case you brought to him.
