Wonderful people, who did a wonderful job with my accident case.

I was in an auto accident in June 2017, and I had originally hired a different firm to take my case. That law firm was the worst experience of my life, a total nightmare. They never called me back, I would leave emails and messages with the receptionist and nothing, they were a total fiasco. The most unprofessional law firm you can ever go to. They had my case for a year and they weren’t able to do anything for me.

Thankfully, I was referred to Roger Bonakdar. Roger and his amazing paralegal Lisa Castillo have been an absolute blessing, from the moment I walked in to their office, I knew that I would be taken care of. Lisa always kept me updated with my case and how it was going, no matter how big or how small the detail was, she would inform me right away. He was also able to get my hospital bill lowered by a big amount. They had my case for about six months and they were able to get me a great unexpected amount back.

If i could rate less than 1 star i would. He and his staff are very unprofessional. Held onto my mother insurance check for 4 months! And will not release her case file when she asked. He rudely asked why she needed it and then asked what we think hes hiding, and yelled that he would send it in an email. He and his secretary lisa surrounded her (My mother) like vultures and tried confusing her when it was stated that she needed it that in writing as was advised by our lawyer we specifically got for this. Lisa the Secretary will not call you back no matter how many times she says she will and is exceptionally rude when you ask her a question she thinks you shouldnt be asking like, " why are you guys holding the check?" Come to find out the longer they keep the file open the more money they get. Out of $13000 my mom ended up with $3000. He started name calling when i told him that we were not leaving without some type of document from his office that he would be emailing the file to us. They also try to make you write a review before giving you your money. We obviously waited until after. I believe they would have gave us some excuse as to why they couldnt give us the money if i had wrote this review prior to getting check in hand. I would not ever ever ever refer anyone to this law office. It needs a very thorough investigation.

Roger and Lisa are awesome! I was hit from behind and it seemed like the insurance company wasn’t going to budge on paying for my medical expenses. They won my case and got a good amount from the insurance company.

Well I got to admit it, I got to forever be thankful for roger beating my case today ,he did an excellent job ,I was caught with an assault rifle walking home ,I was detained ,In court they were trying to pin me with a few years in custody ,with a big possibility of being deported, things were looking bad ,I was afraid because my body is full of tattoos and I thought they were going to stereotype and look at me like if I fit the right description of that person that belongs in jail, someone highly recommended me to go to roger, so I did long story short I am a free man now. with nothing on my record ,I’m glad I went to him , best decision I made

Talks a good game like he can take care of things but turns out he's a hustler. Continues calls to secretary leaving many messages with no response. Paid $3500 and all he did was send 2 letters, in a matter of approx 6 months. When I requested to terminate services and the balance minus the 2 letters, that's when he finally called me back to say it's non refundable and that was a flat fee he did just for me. Btw, we did not know each other before.

Roger and his staff were wonderful in helping me get the best possible outcome with my car accident case. They were always friendly and very straight forward about everything that was going on. I would definitely render their services again if ever need be.
