I hired Susan to represent my so in a child custody case, I paid her 1,500 dollars retainer. She showed up in Court sick with a sore throat and she could not be heard in Court , she was very passive and did not fight for my son and ended up losing time with his son. I confronted her after Court upset in which she told me “I didn’t want to take this case and proceeded to tell me not to tell her how to do her job. In which I stated to her that she should not have appeared in Court as sick as she was with a sore throat and watery eyes, she could have postponed the date . I fired her and asked for refund but she said “I don’t do refunds” she eventually only gave me back $600.00 dollars and kept $900.00 that she did not earn. Please if you want an aggressive Attorney that will fight for you especially if it has to do with a Child Custody case, Albertoni is not the one. I believe an Attorney should be at their best to represent a client. Every paying Client deserves an Attorney willing to do their best for them. The opposition had no Attorney and presented her loud and clear, she honestly looked like the Attorney in this case .

Just money hungry thugs. I wish I could write more details. Save your money, these guys will steal from you and then drop you

They listened to my story. Fine, but didn’t do much to help me on what I needed help in. If they heard my story and couldn’t help me, they should’ve said it that moment and not get my case and my money and waste my time. Only my opinion on my case.

Susan was beyond wonderful. She came in and listened to the whole story. She took the case serious and she handled it so professionally. This was not an easy case but she handled it so gracefully.
