I was nervous trying to find an attorney I did some looking around and Mark made me feel at ease! I provided my documents and he did the rest! He didn’t send me home with a huge overwhelming packet I had to fill out myself. He was there at my court hearing and handled it. A few months after I filed I had some problems come up because apparently my trustee retired. I called Mr. Zimmerman's office for some help and guidance. The girls in the office were so helpful and kind and Mark himself called me back the next day and helped my get it completely straightened out. I was disappointed with the communication throughout the process and my experience is that Mark only tells you the good. I had random issues arise after filing and felt abandoned by the office and was left to figure out and handle myself. I was already having a terrible time so this unsatisfactory experience was just adding insult to injuries.
